Booking Terms and Privacy Policies

What's a cookie???

RESERVATION POLICIES:

  • All classes, workshops, taster sessions and courses must be paid in full at time of booking to guarantee your space.

  • The booking form with health questionnaire must be filled in at booking stage, this helps me tailor the baby massage sessions to include routines for colic, teething pain etc. It is your responsibility to keep the instructor informed and updated of any changes.

  • Booking 1 space on a course, taster session or class allows one parent/caregiver and one baby to attend.

  • If you have twins/multiples you will not be charged for more than one space but if you wish to bring an additional caregiver an administration  charge will be made to cover costs.

  • Parents are only permitted to take pictures/video of their own baby during a session.

  • If a request is made to use any photographs/video from a class, course or workshop, a release form will be issued for your signature.

  • I reserve the right to amend or change the terms and conditions and fees in the future.

     

BOOKING TERMS:

  • No refunds.  

  • No refund or discount will be given for any missed classes, sessions or workshops.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a session, course or workshop if there is a problem with the venue or class size.

  • If a session, course or workshop is cancelled a full refund will be offered.

  • If you book an at home treatment outside of a 10 mile radius of Hursley you will be charged £5 for every extra 5 miles or part thereof, eg an extra 1-5 miles will be £5 but an extra 6-10 miles would be an additional charge of £10.

  • If you or any member of your family or support bubbles has tested positive for Covid you will not be able to attend the course or class.

  • If you are feeling unwell or are showing signs please contact me at the earliest possible opportunity and do not attend the course or class as it is imperative that I keep all parents and babies as safe as possible.

  • If we go back into lockdown and face to face courses/classes are no longer possible all courses/classes will be moved onto Zoom.  No refunds or partial refunds will be offered as online classes will still be available.

 

MEDICAL CONCERNS/CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Please seek GP consent before attending the classes if your baby suffers from any of the following conditions:

  • Hip Dysplasia

  • Spastic conditions where there is increased muscle tone

  • Congenital Heart Conditions

  • Recent or Scheduled Operations/Surgery
