You may arrive at any time during the sling library open hours until approx 15 minutes before the sling library closes) to enjoy a hot cuppa and treat.
This is a not for profit sling meet and all proceeds are passed back to the library.
Parents are only permitted to take pictures/video of their own baby during a session.
If a request is made to use any photographs/video from a class, course, workshop or meet, a release form will be issued for your signature.
I reserve the right to amend or change the terms and conditions and fees in the future.

No refund or discount will be given for any missed classes, sessions or workshops.
I reserve the right to cancel a session, course or workshop if there is a problem with the venue or class size.
If a session, course or workshop is cancelled a full refund will be offered.
Sling Hires are monthly (From Sling Meet Date to the following Sling Meet Date) from £20.00.
A refundable deposit of £25.00 will be taken per sling or carrier hired. Once the sling has been returned I have a quick check and if all is well your £25 will be returned to you.
You may hire a maximum of two slings at any one time. One must be returned before another may be selected.
When returning a sling the following month they must be returned at the beginning of the session.
A £3.00 per day late fee will be charged for non-return.
If we do not hear from you within 30 days from the end of your original hire period, we will consider the carrier lost and you will be charged the replacement cost of the carrier plus the outstanding late fees.
The replacement of any lost or damaged carriers, accessories or instructions will be invoiced for payment or charged to your card on file. Charges for lost components will be equal to replacement cost (including any postage costs). Charges for items damaged beyond normal wear and tear will be judged on a case by case basis.
No partial refunds are offered.

Full payment is required up front and babywearing is a wonderful way to help with colic, to soothe baby and give you some free hands again.

If you need to reschedule your consultation up to 72 hours before the time of the consultation then we can do this at no extra cost, subject to the availability of the consultant. Within 72 hours of the consultation time, rescheduling at no extra cost due to unforeseen and extenuating circumstances may be possible at the discretion of the consultant. Otherwise, you will need to book another Consultation at full price.
If the consultant cancels a consultation at any time and for any reason, attempts will be made to reschedule it at a time that suits you. If this is not suitable to you, a full refund will be provided.
All consultations will be held in your home, unless you request an alternative location. If you request an alternative location, we will need to find a suitable neutral venue and any cost of this will be borne entirely by you. Consultants will only use venues that they consider to have good access and that observe appropriate Health and Safety.
For consultations in your home, please ensure that there is sufficient space for the consultation to take place. Please also note that any pets should be kept away from the room in which the consultation is taking place.

Under no circumstances is it permitted to smoke whilst wearing or holding the carrier. Please inform us if you are a smoker, or if there is a smoker in your home as we will need to carefully launder the carrier after it is returned. Smoking is known to increase the risk of SIDS for babies, and these risks have also been linked to babies being in close contact with clothing or objects contaminated with smoke particles.
We cannot guarantee that there are no marks or hairs on the carriers we lend. Carriers are spot–cleaned and laundered as necessary.
Please avoid washing the carrier. Though please do spot clean any marks when they occur using non-bio washing powder/liquid and water.
We cannot guarantee that there are no animal hairs on our carriers, but we ask that all carriers are kept away from pets to minimise this possibility. Some slings are stored in a home with a cat.
Marks are expected when carrying children, but please keep the sling away from anything that may stain more permanently (oil, paint, pens, etc.), or anything that might damage it (scissors, Velcro, keys in your bag, fire, etc.). The cost of any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the hirer.
It is the borrower’s responsibility to check over the carrier before every use. Check all buckles, hems and seams ensuring that there are no tears, breaks, cracks or holes. If any damage is discovered, please stop using the carrier immediately and contact us.
