Service Description

You won't find another baby massage course out there that is like this one. It is unique and has limited spaces so all you wonderful parents and gorgeous babies get the love, care and attention you deserve from a course. It is calm, gentle, relaxing and nurturing, not just for your beautiful baby but for you too! Every week includes some guided meditations, gentle stretches, calming breathing exercises, affirmation cards, self-care and more. The classes are 90 minutes where you can just totally relax and spend some precious time bonding with your gorgeous little bundle of love. We work on proprioception (body awareness), digestive issues like constipation, trapped wind, colic as well as colds and teething. It is also an amazing way to build up that support group around you by meeting other lovely local parents. I have lots of parents from previous classes that are now firm friends for life. It's such a wonderful thing to see and makes my heart sing. What's involved in your course? The course runs for 5 weeks at 90 minutes each week. One whole week is dedicated solely to Tummy Time play exercises. Before you start the course you will receive your gorgeous little welcome E-pack which is full of useful info. You will receive a little gift each week for you and baby (to include sensory toys and some lovely treats too. You can buy them as a pack separately for £34). You also receive a beautiful pot of Organic cold pressed coconut oil from Kokoso. (RRP £5.49) Everyone is added to a WhatsApp group so you can chat with the other parents in the course, you can contact me direct at any time if you have any questions and I take loads of pictures of YOU with baby too and pop them in the group. As I set up each week I cleanse and clear the room with Reiki to make it an extra special safe and welcoming sanctuary for you and baby (A private session is £45+). Week 1 - Legs and Tummy Week 2 - Chest, Arms, Face and Back Week 3 - Tummy Time Week 4 - Full body routine recap, Beautiful Bedtime and useful Colic routine. Week 5 - Graduation and some extra special surprises! What happens if my baby cries or needs fed? ALL classes and courses are baby led. If baby needs fed, changed, a snooze or even just a cuddle then please do whatever they need. You will not miss out on a thing as we go through everything each week.
