Service Description

If you'd like some help with your sling or finding a new one please do book a slot, you can come any time from 10:30-12:15. If you've booked a slot please make sure you are there at least 15 minutes before the sling library closes (12:30) or I may not be able to see you. It is held on the ground floor in the cafe so do feel free to stay and enjoy a cuppa and chat with everyone! It is a nominal fee to book a slot but the library is there for EVERYONE so if you are having trouble please use code SLING and the slot will be free to book, no judgements, no worries. If you would be happy to make a donation, anything and everything is very gratefully received as it helps me to cover the costs of the upkeep and washing of slings, hall rental costs and any tea, coffee and biscuits etc. I am also trying to buy in some new slings for everyone so ALL proceeds are currently going towards them. Parents are only permitted to take pictures/video of their own baby during a session. If a request is made to use any photographs/video from a class, course, workshop or meet, a release form will be issued for your signature. I reserve the right to amend or change the terms and conditions and fees in the future. -No refund or discount will be given for any missed classes, sessions or workshops. -I reserve the right to cancel a session, course or workshop if there is a problem with the venue or class size. -If a session, course or workshop is cancelled a full refund will be offered. -Sling Hires are monthly (From Sling Meet Date to the following Sling Meet Date) from £20.00. -You may hire a maximum of two slings at any one time. One must be returned before another may be selected. -When returning a sling the following month they must be returned at the beginning of the session. -A £3.00 per day late fee will be charged for non-return. -If we do not hear from you within 30 days from the end of your original hire period, we will consider the carrier lost and you will be charged the FULL replacement cost of the carrier plus the outstanding late fees. -The replacement of any lost or damaged carriers, accessories or instructions will be invoiced for payment or charged to your card on file. Charges for items damaged beyond normal wear and tear will be judged on a case by case basis. -No partial refunds are offered.
