A really gorgeous way to start off your week. This is for any pregnant person or parent with a little one up to around 24 months.

There will be a scrummy brunch all set up for your arrival, everything from pancakes to yoghurt to muesli to fresh fruit with lots of tea, coffee and juices available too.

It's such a wonderfully relaxing venue with lots of space to spread out and lots of sensory and development toys and mini ball pit available for the little ones should they want to play a while!

All spots will need to be booked in advance so I can cater to any special requests (vegan, coeliac, dairy free etc)

Why not book yourself in for a wonderful treat in the comfort of your own home? Yes, I will come to your house (no charge within a 10 miles radius of Hursley, please contact me before booking if you live outside of this range) and set up a gorgeous little  magical area where you can truly relax and enjoy some you time.

 

Choose from a relaxing massage, reiki treatment, crystal therapy, a beautiful facial or even your very own tailored treatment of a mixture of all the above.

Full body massage can be booked for different durations and you get to choose between a joyful and uplifting Geranium and Orange oil, a soothing and calming Aromatic oil blend or a relaxing and simply gorgeous Womens Balance oil blend.

The luxury facial includes the most gorgeous foot treatment too.

I only use Neals Yard Organic products in all treatments and I have a portable aromatherapy diffuser I bring with me that will diffuse the same oils that you choose for your massage, double relaxation and bliss!

Little Buds is is for babies from 4-8 months and all about massage, movement and music. We will learning a really fun baby massage routine to lots of upbeat songs and nursery rhymes, swings, dips and more. When we do 'What shall we do with the bouncing babies' song, my heart soars from all the baby giggles!

 

Little Tots is for 8-24 months of age. It is super relaxed and welcoming with lots of fun songs the legendary ladybird parachute for games and a mini ball pit for when it gets a bit much!

 

The classes are all PAYG and run on alternate weeks so one week is Little Buds and one week is Little Tots.

 

There is of course lots of time in both classes for the little ones to enjoy some free flow development play with lots of sensory toys and for to enjoy a hot cuppa, yummy treat and a good old chat!

This monthly meet is a beautiful way to relax, enjoy spending some special time with baby and also make some new friends.

It is about mindfulness, it’s time to slow down, breathe, get comfy in the wonderful warm and cosy surroundings all whilst enjoying a cuddle with baby. There will be different themes every month. You cannot pour from an empty. cup, what's stopping you, book on now to join us in the very special and nurturing monthly circle. Treats and a hot cuppa all included in the price too!

Available to any pregnant person or parent with a pre-crawling baby. 

This isn't just a massage.  It is an experience. Whether you've just had a baby or had one 20 years ago it is never too late to close the bones.

It is a beautiful, gentle and nurturing experience that all mamas should have.

I gently rock, sift and sway your body using gorgeous soft, handmad cotton Mexican Rebozos then I wrap your body bit by bit, beginning at the head and working all the way down to your feet.  It it like having a big hug, finally having every part of you held, safe, secure, nurtured.

The Monthly Nurture Hub is a monthly meetup designed to give you some well deserved TLC and to connect with other parents and babies in your area. Come and chill out, meet some new people, share how things are going for you and learn about enhancing the bond with your baby through love. All parents and babies under one welcome (come along if you are pregnant too). All totally free and brought to you with tea, cake and love.

I am also offering private 1-1 consultations from the comfort of your home or I am able to offer them before/after a class.  Baby wearing is one of the most gorgeous ways to be with baby.

It can help with bonding, colic, reflux, sleep issues and soooo much more!

We will be talking about chakras, doing some energy work, looking at and using crystals, breath work and of course some wonderful guided meditation.

September - We will work with the gorgeous Virgo energy so this circle will be centred around Be Your Own Medicine.  We will be enjoying some fresh herbal tea of your choice so please bring your most favourite mug along!

October - We will work with the beautiful Libra energy so this months circle will be centred around Returning To The Balance Within.  We will be working with some beautiful crystals and flowers this month.

There will also be plenty of hot teas and some snacks on hand too that we can all share together at the end of our circle. You will also have the opportunity for a small Reiki treatment as I will be offering a Chakra balancing treatment too.

Please note that this is for anyone who is pregnant and women at any stage of life.  You do not have to be a parent as this circle is child free.
