Little Buds is all about movement, massage, music and fun. If you've been to a class of mine you'll know that they are all about taking time, time to relax, settle in with baby, you're never rushed in or out and classes are kept small so that they are not overwhelming or over stimulating for either baby OR you! If you're looking for a class that has loud music and lots of lights etc then this one probably isn't for you but it is calm, relaxing and fun! We will be learning a really fun baby massage and yoga routine to lots of upbeat songs and nursery rhymes, swings, dips and more. When we do 'What shall we do with the bouncing babies' song, my heart soars from all the baby giggles. Not forgetting the parachute play too! Please note that if your baby is a little older and more adventurous they may not want to take part in the whole class but there is a fun ball pit and lots of sensory toys for them to enjoy for lots of free flow play and learning with no pressure or judgement! You will be helping them to develop their language skills, auditory processing skills and coordination skills, vestibular (baby's balance and coordination), proprioception (body awareness), core strength and so much more as well as continuing on from the foundational learnings on the Baby Buds Baby Massage course where we began to work on communication skills, ocular tracking, motor skills, strengthening the digestive system and more. These classes are about 60 mins long and are also very much about about YOU. You are so important, not just to baby, so it is vital that we also start off each week with some nice gentle stretches so you feel relaxed, chilled and full of oxytocin even before we begin! I make sure that every week there is always lots of time for me to make you a cuppa, bring you a yummy treat and for you all to chat. Courses are per month, not per term. If you want to feel empowered, relaxed, have fun, help your baby become the best they can be and be part of a warm and welcoming community do not hesitate to book now. These classes sell out really quickly so when they are released don't hesitate to book on! All classes are very much about nurturing and celebrating you and baby. You can take what you need from this class. You and baby are in charge. You can do as much or as little of the class as you would both like.
